Aid Stations

Official Lincoln Marathon Aid Stations serve water and Gatorade on the first half and water, Gatorade, GU, and orange slices on the second half.  Each aid station will have ice, vaseline, and medical personnel available.  Below is a list of the aid stations, their approximate mile mark location and who staffs the aid station.

Aid Station #1 – MILE 3 – Chamber of Commerce / Convention & Visitors Bureau

Aid Station #3 – MILE 8 – Nebraska Wesleyan / YMCA
Aid Station #4 – MILE 10 – Bryan Health
Aid Station #5 – MILE 12 – Lincoln Physical Therapy / Nebraska Heart Hospital /

Aid Station #6 – MILE 13.1 – Army National Guard
Aid Station #7 – MILES 14/25 – National Research
Aid Station #8 – MILES 15/24 – Lincoln Surgical Hospital
Aid Station #9 – MILES 16/23 – Alpha XI Delta / Nebraska Wesleyan
Aid Station #10 – MILES 17/22 – Good Life Fitness
Aid Station #11 – MILES 19/20 – Air National Guard

TIP:  Aid Stations are long, you can usually avoid congestion by running past the first table or two.
